Media City program directors Oona Mosna, and Jeremy Rigsby will be presenting a film program featuring a selection of films from their past programs in anticipation of the festival’s 20th anniversary. The program  titled “The Trouble with Being Born” is to be screened at TIFF’s Free Screen tonight.
